Through our work with Fortune 500s and governments over the last 15 years, we have learned a fundamental truth: teams that are aware of their own emotional, cognitive, and relational dynamics can overcome the internal friction that limits them and increase their rate of adaptation.
While this is conventional wisdom for many, the consulting model for unlocking these insights has a fundamental limitation: its impact, while powerful, is both episodic and expensive to scale. Recognizing this challenge, we launched Slipstream, a new technology venture, designed to solve this problem at scale. Our solution augments deep foundational expertise in systems thinking, collaborative design, and decision science with the expertise of leaders in secure, enterprise-level development.

How it works

Slipstream integrates with your existing video conferencing or mobile platforms. By analyzing the transcripts of virtual or in-person meetings using psycholinguistics, social network analysis, and AI, we generate in-context and trend data on team engagement and decision-making.
In some of our conversations, people have started calling it "Fitbit for Emotional Intelligence." The comparison gets at a core truth: It is the first affordable, measurable, and scalable way to make previously invisible dynamics visible, on-demand, and directly connected to performance outcomes.
